Thrilled with my recent experience at Farrah's. I had my three rings resized and plated. They did a beautiful job and also followed up after the pick up to ensure that the sizing was exactly what I had wanted. The entire process was smooth and easy and everyone I dealt with so friendly. I even ended up purchasing a new pair of earrings from them in the process. Thank you for the beautiful work. I will certainly be back!
Farrah and team are friendly and welcoming.They fixed my engagement ring and resized both my husband wedding band and my ring set. They restored them to looking brand new. We decided to have a ring made for our 35th anniversary. From the design to delivery Farrah made it so seamless. The ring is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier.
I am thoroughly impressed by Farrah Fine Jewellers. I was desperate to have my sapphire engagement ring cleaned this week after an accident; after visiting a popular, chain jeweller who could not do the job, I decided to finally come here today. Catherine and Sarah completed a thorough inspection and then went above and beyond to ensure it was restored it to its former, pristine condition. My ring now looks brand new. Beyond helping restore my ring, the entire staff at Farrah were also incredibly friendly and accommodating (as a mother with an 8 month old baby!), the store is modern and beautiful and their jewellery collection is absolutely worth checking out. This will definitely become my new go-to jeweller going forwards.
I had such an amazing experience today at Farrah Fine Jewellers. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, the team was so warm and welcoming. We had the best time with Sarah. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and really took the time to explain all the details about the different settings and diamonds. She helped me design my dream ring, and I honestly can’t wait to see it! The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to Farrah Fine Jewellers for my wedding band in the future.
Working with Farrah and Sarah was an amazing experience. They are both beautiful, empathetic souls who truly listen and interpret your feelings and dreams, turning them into rings that look and feel exactly as you imagined. Farrah helped me design my wife's engagement ring, which was a beautiful experience, and Sarah guided us through creating our wedding bands. Through laughter and happy tears, they made the process personal and meaningful, and we felt completely supported by them.
