Fascinating Catering did an amazing job catering my wedding! We searched high and low for a catering company to fit our needs and fascinating catering was truly the winner. They worked with us on all aspects of the food and timeline for our wedding and provided literally limitless options so we could accommodate our tastes and the needs of our guests. The staff, including servers and bartenders, were very professional. Oh, and the food was also DELICIOUS! We knew we found the right caterer when the tasting left us wanting to go back the next day for lunch!

Marilyn is the absolute best, she helped two very stressed 'kids' arrange catering and cake cutting for their wedding at the Botanic Gardens that made both sets of parents happy (a miracle when wedding planning). When the Gardens flip flopped everything last minute, and another wedding crashed ours, Marilyn was the only constant thing that went right, rolled with the punches, and did her best to protect our stuff and our food. My only regret is that the crashers stole the wedding basket she made for us (leftovers) and I didn't get to eat her food twice that night!!

Marilyn catered our event last Friday night at the Botanic Garden. The food was absolutely amazing! We had many, many positive comments (raves!) about the food, the presentation, and the staff. Just when an entrée would start to look a little low, it was quickly replaced by another full bowl/platter. I never saw a dirty dish on a table. The obviously experienced staff was attentive, yet almost invisible - not something a rookie waitstaff can do! We had some delicacies left over and the very nice ladies packed them up for us neatly and efficiently. I'm still enjoying the BLT canapes and bacon wrapped shrimp - yum! Choose Marilyn - you won't be disappointed.
