The company that I worked with had sent me sympathy flowers from this shop as my mom had passed. Just when you are on your lowest moment when I just had the worst customer service of my life. They choose a delivery window for their convenience and had me waiting half of the day until I had to call them. They put me on hold for sometime and eventually asked me to just wait for a callback. I had to call again because I just could not get a call back only to find out that the reason are the my flowers were left behind the fridge which is very shallow as they should have a delivery schedule in place. I explained that time is very important and I have a lot of errands to do. All the woman said was “well I was in the same situation as you before where my mom passed away. Im sending it thru cab right now” then dropped the phone. TERRIBLE HIMAN BEING! Up to this writing, 40 minutes later, the flowers has not arrived. My house is 10 minutes away from the shop.
We are just new here from Alberta and we ordered New Year’s flowers for our Friends. They sent us a picture and they are absolutely gorgeous. Our friend was holding them at her waist and they went all the way up to the top of her head. A beautiful long and full bouquet!
Fabulous! I asked for a cheerful plant to be delivered to my cousin for her birthday. She is absolutely delighted with it & sent me a photo - it is lovely & comes in a pretty basket with a beautiful bow. I am so pleased I used this firm & will definitely use them again… & the price was good for the quality. Well done Fascination Flowers👏
I needed to order flowers for delivery within Hamilton, (I am not in the Hamilton area). I chose Fascination Flowers based on reviews. I am so happy that I did. I ordered on line with a very brief description of the purpose. The flowers were delivered as I had requested, and the arrangement was gorgeous. Was fast delivery, and a beautiful arrangement. Looked exactly like what I ordered. I'm so far away as y from my daughter recovering from cancer surgery and disability keeps me here in New York. So was very pleased with the service, so she knew I was thinking of her during her recovery. Thank you for such great service. I'd gladly use you again.
