I had a problem with my washing machine: water was left inside, and the whole machine wasn't working right. The technician quickly identified the source of the problem, fixed everything, and checked that the machine was perfectly operating before he left. Service was prompt, professional, and well executed. They explained to me what the problem was and how it was resolved. Strongly recommend this service for anybody who needs appliances repaired.
My refrigerator had an error message of “EF” and I suspected the evaporator fan stopped working. I called another company to come diagnose it for me and confirmed the fan wasn’t working and then quoted me over $800 to fix it! The tech priced the fan at $385. I researched the part myself and learned it’s between $100 to $140. I bought the part and called Fast and Easy Appliance Repair. Right from the start, Lisa was fantastic and I was scheduled quickly. Aziz came out, took a look, used the part I bought and was done in less than a hour. Aziz knew that the evaporator fan would cost a bit over $100 and was not surprised that this other company (which I won’t name) was trying to cheat me. Thank you Aziz for being an honest and reliable company.
They were great communicators, fit me in early to accommodate my Saturday, and were friendly, fast and knowledgeable during the repair. They were also kind enough to double back the same day when a snag on my end — NO fault of theirs— meant they had to leave before the repair was completed. They could easily have made me wait until the next week to come back, but instead they were gracious and accommodating. Excellent service, fast repair, had the needed part with them. 100% recommended.
Our 7 year old LG refrigerator stopped working. We called Fast and Easy Appliance Repair and Aziz arrived on time, did a thorough review to rule out other problems and confirmed that the compressor needed to be replaced. They coordinated getting the parts from LG under warranty and replaced the compressor. I found Aziz knowledgeable, skilled and thorough and we now have a working refrigerator for $600, not cheap but less than half the cost of buying a comparable model and sending our old refrigerator to a landfill. For comparison, we’d contacted another company before Fast and Easy and, after a cursory review, their tech wanted to charge $1305 including $800 in labor and wouldn’t consider whether it might be under warranty, so we’re very happy that we called Fast and Easy for a second opinion.
We had an issue with our LG washer where it seemed to be leaking from the bottom. I was able to get a timely appointment with Fast & Easy and then when they had a cancellation, they reached out to me to see if I wanted that slot so I was able to have a technician come out within 24 hours of my request. Aziz, the technician, was friendly and professional. He ran a wash in our washer to see where the issue was and was able to ascertain that there was no leakage and that in fact the washer was in very good condition. It seems that there was a clog in the drainage pipe that the washer empties into and the water flowed out that way. It was great to have someone help to accurately diagnose the problem so quickly and in such a professional manner. Lisa, who was my main point of contact at the firm, was also great with her clear and prompt communications. Highly recommend Fast & Easy if you have any issues with your appliances!
