Had to get an adjustment on my watch band and they took the time to listen and very quick and professional in their work. Only had to wait about 30 minutes. I’m a customer for life.
They were affordable and detailed about fixing my watch! Even took a while for me to go get my Movada but it was pretty, repaired and safe! Definitely recommend !!!!
Bought a watch for my wife for Christmas. Needed the band length adjusted. They said it would be 1.5 hrs. They text in 30 mins they were done. Great service. Nice people. Lifetime free adjustments for that watch band.
They were super nice and very knowledgeable. Replacement batteries cost $39 and are under warranty for five years!! That’s a great deal if you ask me. They can clean them as well and can replace cracked glass! Had a very positive experience :)
This business did a beautiful job with my jewelry. There are many jewelry stores who do not deal with sterling silver anymore, but they put on charms on a charm right of that. My father started preparing for me over 60 years ago. He recently passed away and this bracelet met a great deal to me And they did a beautiful job completing this with the charms I already had. They also repaired my grandmother’s wedding band And made it look beautiful as I wear it for sentimental reasons!
