Had to get my engagement ring resized ASAP and fast fix couldn’t have done it better. The ring was done in under 24hrs for a good price and excellent craftsmanship. I was very nervous trusting anyone with my ring but I am so glad I did! Staff was professional and kind. Highly recommend.
Took my watch in for a battery replacement which was $50. Picked up my watch a week later because they “ran into issues”. A few days after pickup I go to put the watch on and I notice this damage. It’s on the case and inside the crevice which may affect the seal and the water resistance may be compromised . (Watch was never opened before) Wouldn’t recommend taking your high end watches here!
A small diamond fell out of a diamond band ring I’ve worn for 10+ years. I took it to where I bought it and since I had no warranty they suggested I take it to Fast Fix. I had no idea such a place existed. Fast Fix replaced my stone in under an hour for a very reasonable price and I’m once again in love with my ring. Thank you Fast Fix!! I’ll definitely consider them for any future jewelry repairs, should the need arise.
My recent visit to Fast Fix Baybrook left me overwhelmingly satisfied. From the common courtesy to the excellent customer service. I was informed that both of my watches would be fixed within 30 minutes. To my surprise, I received a text message approximately within 13 minutes stating that both watches are ready for me to pick up. Upon my arrival the service technician informed me that I have a lifetime battery replacement warranty that I forgot about. He was happy to inform me that I’ll have a decrease in my total amount due. The overall experience I had from Fast Fix Baybrook made this my #1 service shop…..Great job!
The clasp on my sterling silver Medic Alert bracelet was broken. I took it to Fast-Fix and they were able to repair it in about 2 hours. When I picked it up, it had been polished and looked brand new. Everyone working in the store were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit again and also refer my friends. Thank you!
