Sorry service and they keep lying to me since November 15th 2024 to send my package to me and they said i was money laundering which is a lie too also they said i was going to jail it is against fedex corporate policy to accept apple gift cards too apple gift cards are for apple products only they also said i was going to be summons to court too how can you send texts to somebody from deskrop computer? When desktop computer is stationed on one place desktop computer and you dont use a desktop computer when youre driving fedex trucks too

This is the best place if you're looking for customer service and fast shipping . They have never let me down. I drive down from Fremont to this location because the customer service is so good.
Arrived here to deliver a courier to a visa application center. Took my time to verify all the documents as I was sending my Passport. The middle aged brown lady at the counter was extremely pushy and rushed me into doing it. While I carefully packed my documents and was about to seal the envelope, she grabbed it from my hands and basically asked me to leave with "you are good to go" Hold on lady! what are you in so much rush for? If I was blocking other customers, she could have asked me to move aside for sometime while I did my thing. Without a doubt, bad customer experience! Never coming back here. They definitely need to train their staff to do a whole lot better!
