Whoever my FedEx driver is out here in my area needs to be fired. Anybody that would lay put a door tag on a mailbox out by the street instead of walking up to the door and hanging it on the door oughta be fired and then he brings it and then he doesn’t put it on the door it down on the cement on my front porch and doesn’t bother to ring the doorbell for me to come to the door what kind of FedEx guy is that but I’ve got the manner taken care of thanks to a great representative named Eric. They’re gonna send it to the FedEx location here by my home and I’m gonna go pick it up And I’m gonna inform everybody that I ship with to never use FedEx if they do I’m not gonna order from them. Jasmine seemed desperate to be unhelpful and moved at a painfully slow pace. Andrew seemed cheerful and helpful so I didn't rate the store a one.
Rude service. The person working the front acted like she didn’t want to help me and then acted like she didn’t know what to do herself. I literally just needed a packing slip printed and the kiosk wasn’t working. There was no one else in the store but me, and it seemed I was inconveniencing her. I do not go to FedEx unless I absolutely have to and unfortunately my delivery required it. I ended up leaving the store without even sending my package off. UPS is so much better.
I didn’t catch her name but a female employee did an amazing job in taking passport photos of my toddler. She had him stand on a chair so the white background would be behind his head and took several pictures. she was so patient with him and managed to take one despite him moving his head frequently.
This place is conveniently located in The Rim shopping center so you can get your shopping done and ship it out! Customer service was great and very helpful! I got my photo printed quickly and efficiently.
