Tetyana gave me the most wonderful massage! I booked a 90 min massage w sugar scrub, and by the end of the appointment I felt so relaxed. The lotion she used was not greasy, and smelled really nice. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are so sweet. I would absolutely recommend Tetyana, and Felicite spa.
OBSESSED with my tan every single time! Sarah is a total pro and makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend while getting flawless results. 10/10 recommend! I can’t go to anyone else anymore.
Sarah did my spa facial and it was very relaxing. My face was glowing afterwards. The spa was beautiful and the sounds were relaxing and the different smells of the products used were subtle but effective and cleansing and encouraging in the relaxation process. The bed was lightly heated and the hour went quickly. This was my first spa facial but it will not be my last. My face was glowing and looked like it was buffed, lol. My face wasn't oily or dry, but I did have a few dry areas that she treated. Definitely treat yourself to this personal spa experience. I work hard and rarely indulge. Glad I finally did, the experience was wonderful 😊 Try it!! 🙏🏾
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felicite. I paid for tattoo removal services, and not only did I see no results, I haven’t heard back from them. I was informed the laser machine broke and they had to get it fixed. This was in the beginning of the year. Fast forward I called multiple times to see what was going on with no straight answer to when I can book an appointment again. At least tell me- hey we aren’t going to be able to remove your tattoo. I wasted all this time and money with them upon waiting to book another appointment wasting more time. There just was no fix to the situation. I even reached to request a refund and no response. Essentially I feel like I’m being ghosted by a professional business. This is not how a professional business should operate. I do not recommend this place for tattoo removal services. I trusted them with something important to me and was left feeling ignored.
Earlier this week, I had my first visit to Felicite Day Spa for a massage and eyebrow wax and was very pleased with my overall experience. My eyebrows looked perfect after Sarah had cleaned them up for me. Lumi gave me an amazing massage, paying special attention to areas that had been bothering me due to my work. It was so nice to be able to relax, shut off my mind, and just enjoy the experience. I've already recommended Felicite to a coworker and will definitely be returning for not only another massage, but to try out some of their other services, too!
