Outstanding work, arrived for a service early morning, was out within a hour. Parts in stock, experienced mechanics and quality service. If you looking for a reliable shop that mechanics know what they’re doing that services transmissions and differentials and many more this is the place. I highly appreciate Felix mechanics hard work and honesty of the services performed; will return back whenever comes the time i need a service.
My experience with this business was entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. My vehicle was held for approximately four days, and I was charged nearly $1,700 for a repair that failed to address the issue. Despite a clear agreement to replace a specific part, the shop knowingly reinstalled the same defective component rather than ordering and installing the new one as promised. The original problem remains unresolved, forcing me to incur additional towing and repair expenses a week later. Furthermore, I was required to sign a “no warranty” form after I asked about warranty— an action that now appears to have been used to shield the business from responsibility for incomplete and negligent work. Such practices are deceptive, unethical, and potentially fraudulent. I will be pursuing this matter through legal channels to recover the losses incurred and to hold this establishment accountable for its actions. I strongly caution others against doing business here.
I waited about four months before writing this review to make sure the repair lasted — and my Kenworth T680 is still running great! Felix Transmissions replaced the ECM and clutch, and while other shops told me it would take at least three days, they had it done the same day. The customer service was excellent, the price was fair, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Felix Transmissions!
