The service provide was good, however, I wasn’t given a time frame of when to expect them to show up. I received a 30 minute notice on the day of treatment. I had to take the entire day off work. I would suggest giving your customers at least a two hour window, 3-5 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate the service. Also, I was not explained that my service was going to be the full “roach” service again. I thought that was only the first treatment. This is what the tech thought he was supposed to do today. If that really was the case I would have needed more notice to prep my home and get my dog out of the house . I settled for an errands Ed pest treatment instead. Hopefully I will get charged correctly. I guess I’ll see.
Nathan did an excellent job servicing my home for pests. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I appreciated his thoroughness, he checked both inside and outside, made sure to cover all problem areas. Very friendly and respectful throughout the visit.
I had an outstanding experience with Fenix. From start to finish, their team is always professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. They always identify the pest issue in my home and explain the treatment plan in a clear, friendly way. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. The results are fantastic—no more pests, and they even followed up to make sure everything was resolved. I highly recommend Fenix for their top-notch service and effective solutions!
Fenix techs always do a great job! Been using their services for over a year, and I’ve never had any complaints! Calvin Mijland did my most recent routine service and was polite and understanding. Since I was not able to be home during the appointment, we spoke through my ring camera which was very helpful, and he was quick but efficient. I also like Fenix because in the instances I am not able to be home when they are coming initially, I can call and they will come back to do the interior another time at no extra cost. 10/10 will continue to use this service!
Nathan came, and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and covered all areas in and around my house.
