10 on 10!Had a first appointment for a mice problem. and a follow up 1 week later. Samy was highly professional, on time and efficient, clear communication. Explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend him.
Has a problem of cockroach in my rented property. I talked to Sami and I was able to get an appointment quickly. He was one hour late to the appointment, so I appreciated if he had given me a heads up as I had to wait in my car. When he arrived, he explained the process, the treatment and what to expect. He was very professional. A second visit was scheduled as part of the treatment. He was 15 minutes late, but this time he gave me enough notice which was much appreciated. During the second visit, he explained what he was doing. The treatment comes with 3 month guarantee, so I will update the review on the final result. Overall, I am happy with the service.

He clearly explained the issue, removed the mouse, and provided practical recommendations to prevent future problems. Fantastic service by Sammy and his technician! They removed all the spider webs that had accumulated around my house and sprayed for spiders outside. My home is really high and they managed to reach every last corner of our soffits and get it spider-web free!! They were super knowledgeable about what treatments were best for our family and our home. I definitely recommend them!!
