Went to F Hinds in Liverpool in December last minute for a wedding ring - i’d had problems with the original ring so needed a quick replacement. Staff were do friendly, helpful & calming in a stressful situation. Helped me pick a ring, ordered & it was delivered on time & in time for my wedding just before Christmas. Would definitely recommend.
I bought a new watch strap in May 2025 and part of it had frayed and it looked like a portion of the strap was going to come away after just 7 months. Armed with the watch and the receipt, I went to my local branch today and was told there was nothing they could do as it was due to wear and tear. After explaining that my previous watch strap lasted 20 years the assistant phoned Customer Services for advice. She then explained they were not obliged to offer a refund but would replace the strap free of charge but if this one was the same I would not be able to exchange it again as watch straps do not have a warranty. I said I only wore it for no more than 2 hours in any one day, and not every day, but they did not want to know. This was my first and only time using F Hinds, I would rather pay more and go elsewhere. If I could post this review with 0 stars I would.
I had a very good, no hassle service. The original ring that I ordered was a bit big and they changed it for me without any problems. The ring arrived on time and I am delighted with it. I will shop here again.

We purchased my bride to be engagement ring just over 18 months ago from the same store.. We called in to look at the wedding rings and due to the helpfulness of the assistant found her wedding. Ordered on the Sunday and we collected the ring on the following Thursday. Excellent service on both our visits.
