Nice place, lovely steak dishes available cooked how you want them. Lots of Desserts options. Good quantity so bring a empty belly ready to eat alot. Baby friendly. Only minor is the parking, there sn't alot of space for parking. And we came on a rather quiet day. We spent ,300 pounds between 4 of us. 5 Desserts 4 mains 3 starters. And one alcoholic beverage each.
We visited over the Christmas period, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. The food was great and our whole party enjoyed their meals. The steaks were all cooked slightly under what we asked for, but this seems to be fairly common in many places and didn’t take away from the quality of the mains, which we couldn’t fault. Starters were a bit more average. The beef croquettes were fine, and the crispy squid had more of a southern fried chicken-style coating than expected, which was different. Service was quite slow at times. I had to ask three times for a straw (twice with the same waitress), and water also took a couple of requests and a while to arrive. However, it’s important to emphasise that there were only three members of staff working during a very busy day over the Christmas period, which we fully appreciate. For this reason, we gave them the benefit of the doubt when reviewing. One slightly odd moment was around a birthday at our table. Staff asked us on arrival to identify who it was so they could sing, I politely declined and they agreed but they went ahead and did it anyway. It was a nice gesture, just a bit bizarre given the earlier conversation. We are giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt because there were only three members of staff working during a busy Christmas day. Under normal circumstances, the slow service and small mistakes would have led to a lower rating but the food quality and the clear effort from a very small team during a hectic Christmas service are why this remains a strong 4/5 experience.
Second business meeting here and it didn’t disappoint. We had a group of 11 and enjoyed starters, mains and desserts, along with plenty of drinks throughout the evening. The service was absolutely top-notch — attentive, friendly and well organised for a large table. Food quality was amazing across the board, cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. A great atmosphere and an ideal venue for both business and social gatherings. We’ll definitely be back.
Overall good lovely food. And great sangria!! Great portions; we had the mixed grill (meant for 2) but we had it between 3 adults, we added a couple of sides and it was more than enough. The beef was a standout for sure. We were served by Vlad, who was a pleasure and looked after us well. Can’t complain at all. It was during the week, so it was quiet and not too loud.
I just had the most delicious dinner today. I had chicken tagliatelle with cream sauce mixed with blue cheese and paired it with a glass of prosecco rosè and it was just so perfect. Kudos to the chef. The food is great but what made my experience here excellent was the outstanding service of their staff, Soha and Abhi. From the moment I stepped in, they have just been so accommodating and welcoming. They made sure that I was well taken cared of and was always willing to help. They’re both superstars! Highly recommended this place!
