Scott is a gem! My friend and colleague referred me after I decided to start seeing a new stylist close to home. It had been 6 months since I'd had my hair highlighted or cut and I told him I trusted him. I feel like a supermodel. He's so easy to talk to and the 2.5 hours for a full highlight/cut/blowout flew by. I don't want to share him buy he deserves all the awards. Works his butt off and is a kind soul.
I can’t say enough good things about both Rachel, and Alex, the salon owner! This is my GLAM squad. 😂 I’ve been seeing Rachel for five years, and she’s absolutely amazing. I originally found her on Instagram while looking for someone who really understands blonde and balayage, and I’ve never gone anywhere else since. As I’ve started getting large chunks of silver/grey only in the front, she’s done a beautiful job with blending the rest of my hair color in a way that looks natural, on trend and bright. She’s professional, efficient, and always on schedule. I’ve been seeing Alex, for haircuts, and she’s equally incredible. I have fine hair but a lot of it, and she cuts it in a way that keeps the front, where I have some thin ends, looking full and structured. She’s a perfectionist and I’m always in love with my haircuts when we’re done. This salon is truly the best — talented stylists, great atmosphere, and consistently beautiful result.
My review is for Rachel. I booked this appointment weeks in advance and even flew in from out of town specifically for it. I’ve always paid her premium rates expecting premium service — what I didn’t know is that she double-books clients without ever mentioning it. Despite updating her repeatedly about my ETA (traffic was unexpectedly terrible) 40 minutes in advance of my appointment, she made zero effort to accommodate, suggest options, or even communicate clearly. I spent $200 on an Uber trying to make it work, only to arrive and be turned away. She knew I had traveled for this and didn’t lift a finger to help — not a single creative or considerate gesture. It wasn’t the lateness that ruined this — it was the lack of basic professionalism or care. For someone charging luxury prices, the indifference was astounding. If you want a stylist who values your time, communication, and investment, I’d look elsewhere.
Jennifer did an amazing job with my hair! I was looking for a fairly basic practical cut that I've had done elsewhere before, but Jennifer did it better than it's ever been done before. I will absolutely be going back to see her next time.

Not only is she insanely talented behind the chair but she’s also the sweetest person inside & out. She not only cares about you but she also cares about your hair health which is HUGE.
