I love that you can bring your own food and drinks ($5 charge per person for alcohol). I had the Daft Punk room for 8 people. The folks that check you in are friendly and great customer service. The song selection was great with variety of languages, genres, artists and eras, sound system was good. With the space and bodies in there it can get toasty with the singing, dancing, and drinking. I run very warm so at one point had to step out to get air. This was my first time here and we were celebrating the holidays and the start of a 2 week work break. I am definitely coming back.

Absolutely horrific management - I went this weekend and they held an ID and a credit card from our group before letting us into the room. They did NOT return these items as we checked out. I have been emailing and calling them for the last two days with no response.

Great song selection, had everything we wanted. Able to bring your own snacks and driiiinks! Small room was small but enough space for the 3 of us.

front desk was nice and the rooms are small, clean, and cute. we (3 ppl) went during happy hour on a wednesday, brought our own snacks, and had a great few hours for the best price! not overpriced or flashy- highly recommend :)

Two of us went on a weekend during their happy hour hours. We were there for about 1.5 hours and it was $24 total, happy hour is $18/ hr for a small room (fits 1-5). They allow outside food and drinks which is nice, but they have basic beverages available too. There’s a market, boba guys, Popeyes, and Starbucks within the area. They have a very nice selection of songs. We went for Mandarin, Cantonese, and English songs. By the end we were very satisfied with the sound system and the sound proofing of the place. It’s not your flashy karaoke place (themed rooms) that overcharges. It’s a small business that allows you and your friends to have a good time. It’s especially good for people to practice on their own as well if you need some practice because the prices are really friendly. They charge per room per hour and not per person like some places I’ve been to (not in Bay Area). Go and have some fun! I recommend calling them to reserve a room if you can. I’ve posted a photo of the phone number. I was looking for that and their hours for the longest time online. Enjoy!
