Absolutely excellent realtors. We bought a house with them 2 months ago. Great experience even though it was a very technical sale with an assumed mortgage. Even with that, went very smooth and closed at half the time we expected. Then, two months later, I contacted Jason to help get a security camera working. 24 hrs later. Its fixed. Can’t say enough about these guys!

I highly recommend Jason and the whole Finch and Gable team for either selling or buying. I actually worked with them on both. My particular situation was challenging as it dealt with a divorce but Jason and team were able to navigate the situation delicately and with pure commitment. In this new world of online systems and across state buying, you cannot do better than Jason Daniels with Finch and Gable. He runs a team of realtors, Tina, Tyler and now Sara who can do video showings, in person viewings and video consutations. Sara and Valerie can help you with all your transaction and area service needs. We were not the easiest clients to service as we had some hard timelines to meet and wanted to have our RV at our new Colorado Springs home. We also wants all the aplliances to stay with the home and a great garden setup. Everyone helped us get exactly what we wanted, in a good neighborhood, with trails for a price we could afford. In addition, they share space with Intergrity Bank and Trust, Kevin Stevenslon, who got us an an amazing mortgage rate with the largest mortgage company in the nation. Without a doubt, when we decide to sell our home, we will use Finch and Gable in the future.
