Very poor management. Employees very nice they seem just as annoyed with the temperamental ever changing rules. If you are a bar or restaurant I’d choose another store. This one has terrible stock. Have yet to be able to complete an entire order without 3-6 regular items out of stock . Then to pick your order up the rules will change each and every pick up.
Manager very condescending. Not a nice, friendly interaction at all.
Helpful staff and very good wine selection for a small store. Close to my home which is a plus!
Lovely location with an awesome staff. Had a family member get sick over the holidays and Melanie was wonderful. She was able to locate my order over the phone and return two of the unused bottles in store. She never hesitated to search for my order and print my receipt, when I was the one who declined the receipt at the time of purchase. Never have we returned liquor, but with the stomach bug, we couldn’t risk our friends/family getting sick. We are not big drinkers outside of holidays, so to get the $70 back was very nice. 10/10 would recommend. Clean facility, great selection, and thoughtful team members.
Conozco a un tipo que estacionó al otro lado de la calle, en ese lote pavimentado, y fue rápido eligiendo su alcohol; entró y salió sin tener que pagar el parquímetro y sin multas de estacionamiento. No voy a decir que fui yo, pero sí fui yo; solo digo que conozco a ese tipo. La chica de la caja también fue muy amable.
