Shopping at Finks for a memorable gift turned out to be so much more. Jack, who works in Rolex was the consummate professional advocating for us to get a specific watch for our son. He was thorough, kind and informative along the way. We all waiting patiently for 5 months and Jack made it happen on the perfect day at the perfect time! We are customers for life now!

Top level service! The staff are very knowledgeable about high end watches including Rolex and Tag. Very thorough inspection followed by a detailed analysis with recommended repairs including exact cost for each repair. My two Tags had to go back to Switzerland for factory refurbishment. You do have to be patient however. In my case the refurbishment took 12-14 weeks. I have had serious issues with other jewelers in the past who did not have the expertise to properly service my Tags. Finks were highly recommended by a close friend who trusted them to service his Rolex. What a relief to have a company with the highest standards on par with the standards of the watch manufacturers. I picked up my Rolex today and couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product! Have a couple of months before my Tags return, but I am excited to see them back in as new condition. If you want it done fast - take your chances. I wanted it done right and Finks is the go to source for quality workmanship and superior customer service.
I had an incredible experience at the Fink’s Rolex location in Charlotte. Brooke, the VP of Sales, and Tyler, my sales associate, went above and beyond from start to finish. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and memorable. Brooke was welcoming and attentive, and Tyler took the time to walk me through every detail with patience and expertise. They made my purchase feel truly special. I really appreciate Jack, (the manager of Rolex), who took that experience to another level and helped me get my dream timepiece for my birthday!
