First time at Fire Flow St Pete and it was everything I wanted and more! Parking is plentiful, easy to find/access and very close to the building. Love that when you enter the space, there are plenty of lockers to store your personal items, a water station to fill up your bottle and just very clean overall. Mariah was our instructor for the Fire Tone class. She instructed each of us to check out the white board for the equipment we would need for the class - very helpful! Class was packed with challenging moves, very low impact but got my heart rate up (what I call sneaky cardio). Before I knew it we were on to the final stretch portion of class. I loved it all! Oh! and it was heated which was a plus for me! very sweaty class for everyone. I purchased the two week, unlimited locals pass and will try all the classes over the next 2 weeks. Great studio addition to St Pete!!!!
I took my very first Fire Power Yoga class with Selin almost 2 years ago, and it was such a memorable experience. She is an incredible teacher, knowledgeable, motivating, and very attentive to proper form and 1000% energy. You can truly feel her passion for yoga in every class. Now that she has opened her own studio, it’s amazing to see her vision come to life. FireFlow reflects her dedication and love for the practice. I highly recommend her studio to anyone looking to challenge themselves and grow, both physically and mentally.
I have been going to Fire Flow since they opened in August, and I love this place. This studio is owned by Selin who is an amazing instructor known for always pushing you and telling you that you can do anything for 5 more seconds in her challenging Sculpt, Tone, and Power classes. Outside of Selin, she's hired an amazing set of instructors who bring their own unique style to class (i.e., flows, cues, music choices). They're all wonderful, but special shoutout to Mariah and Carli for becoming part of my Sunday routine. :) The studio is heated well and the team can help you choose which areas of the room are hotter or cooler, depending on what you're looking for. Plus, for a yoga studio, even when it's full, it feels like you actually have space between mats, which is amazing! I highly recommend trying them out, especially with their $35 two week unlimited special to see if it's right for you!
FireFlow has been such a game changer for me! The classes are challenging with a variety of class types to choose from so you can go often without fatigue. The space is clean and well curated down to the lighting and cushioned flooring. Parking is free and easily accessible which is a huge plus for downtown. Selin (owner), Brittany and Mariah have been my favorite instructors so far, though I can tell Selin holds a high standard and trust I can book a class no matter the instructor and still get a 10/10 experience. 🔥
Wow. I️ love it here and I️ feel so good about my body. Fireflow does an amazing job of fostering an inclusive and empowering community. I️ have never been to a studio where I️ truly loved all the classes they offer. Once you go to fireflow theres no where else you will want to go 🔥
