I absolutely love this place! I keep coming to Fire Shaper over years because I know every time I go there I feel great after. I love the hot room where you can feel so deep inmerse in a yoga practising, the classes are top quality, the instructors, Xen, Claire....they all amazing, high energy, high attitude, welcoming and nice, Dr John is also really nice and friendly, just going to this place make me feel in a "home" environment rather than just another place. I wouldn't change this yoga place for anything, totally recommended!
Elynn’s ignite class was great, she took the time to care and correct my posture. I have never sweated that much in a hot yoga class before, I felt so amazing afterwards. The class wasn’t too crowded so you could have a bit of space.
Prior to starting at Fireshaper, I had never experienced such a welcoming exercise venue where the instructors are so passionate, inspiring and caring. There is no judgement, expectation, or pushy business earning agenda, only genuine desire to help and support and teach about a healthy mindset and body. Whatever your perception of yoga, Dr John and his team at Fireshaper are worthy of your time to experience what an hour of exercise could be like where you leave enlightened and energised. You can leave your worries at the door and just be, for yourself. This is a business who make you want to be a better version of yourself, completely, and all through your own effort.

Excellent Hot Yoga Studio with very experienced, warm, friendly, helpful teachers. Dr John has created an amazing space for yogi's and anyone wanting to try hot yoga. I particularly enjoyed a recent workshop taught by Brie Fritsch. Brie's in depth knowledge, understanding of this pose, and ability to break down the pose was brilliant. Brie teachers all of her classes as though they are a master class with excellent guidance through alignment.
