Jake and his team catered my wedding this previous Saturday. They did such an amazing job! The staff was so attentive, quick and polite. The food was beyond amazing. The pizza, dessert pizza, Stromboli, caprese tray and meatballs were all insanely delicious. I wish I could have the meatball recipe because my husband didn’t have any..they were THAT good!! They also packed us some pizza to go with a note inside congratulating us! If I ever need catering again I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
From start to finish the Fired Up team was a pleasure to work with. We used them for a birthday party where they provided not just pizza, but a full menu with salads, passed apps, chicken fingers and meatballs. Jennine was responsive, flexible and accommodating. Jake and the team on-site were professional, said yes to everything I asked, and brought out hot pizzas all night long. They left the place as they found it and the servers were friendly and efficient.
Fired-Up helped us host our wedding shower and our guests absolutely LOVED it! Jake and Isabella were professional, friendly, timely, and efficient. They kept the pizza's coming, and made sure our guests were well accommodated! They were totally self sufficient and so unbelievably nice, they felt like family. The dessert pizzas were a hit, and they left plenty of leftovers before they moved on to their next event. We HIGHLY recommend Fired-Up to anyone and they will absolutely be our first choice for any 'food centered' events in the future! Thanks again!
We had the Fired-Up food truck at our wedding. They were so kind to specifically my now husband and I all night. They made him and I special pizzas and checked on us throughout the night. The guests loved the pizza and at the end of the night they left a generous amount for a late night snack. Delicious pizza and amazing service!
Our condo complex hired Fired-Up Catering to handle our annual picnic on August 11. The rainy/windy storm was a challenge for Jennine and Jake but pushed through preparing their delicious food. All attendees were treated to generous amounts of pizza, calzones, salad and dessert pizza! We would definitely recommend them and will be calling Fired-Up Catering next year! If you love pizza and the fun of watching it prepared in a wood fired oven, this is your caterer! Jeannine and Jake are the best! Everyone in our condo association is raving about them!
