I found Fireside Property Management from a friend's recommendation. I have been very pleased with their service, they have gone above and beyond. My experience with a different property manager had been less than favorable - I did not feel they had my interest at heart, like they were playing me against my tenant. One tenant put a warped, wooden table out in front of the house and, when I asked the manager to tell them to move it, he said, " Well, you will have to buy them a NEW table." What? I want a property manager that looks out for my tenant's interest but not at my expense. But Fireside has demonstrated that they understand who their customer is. Fireside is family-owned and run, not a big organization that doesn't know their customers and doesn't care. I look forward to a long relationship with them and encourage anyone looking for a Property Manager to consider Fireside.
Brian and his team have been extremely professional and supportive since day 1 . Having to know that someone as attentive and who prioritizes bringing in right tenant puts you at ease.
Fireside property has been an amazing property management team! My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Brian and Kendra. They are very professional and communication has always been the best. Fireside property provides great communication and has resolved maintenance request quickly while providing updates on any service ticket through the friendly user app. We have been tenants for over 2 years and have been very pleased working with them!
