First Class Caterers were absolutely amazing! Carrie was so helpful throughout the entire planning process from working with us to create the perfect menu, to suggesting the right quantities, to attending walkthroughs and sharing her experience every step of the way. She made everything so easy and gave us total confidence going into the big day. On the wedding day, her team was incredible. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and came out right on time. The bar service was excellent, and our guests are still raving about both the food and the drinks. Her staff handled everything so smoothly, from setup to cleanup, that we never had to worry about a thing. They were attentive, professional, and made the whole night feel seamless. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

We used First Class Caterers for our wedding and thank goodness we did. First of all, Carrie is an angel. She worked with us every step of the way to make our menu exactly what we wanted (accommodating dietary restrictions seamlessly!), helped us figure out every rental we needed, communicated with our coordinator without us even asking, and basically served as a second coordinator on wedding day (literally, she made sure my dress got bustled!). FCC pulled off a plated meal for our wedding at an off-site venue with no on-site kitchen! Everyone loved the food. Cannot sing their praises enough!

We hired FCC for our wedding, as they were one of the preferred vendors for our venue. Carrie and her staff set up a tasting well in advance of our wedding, and they were kind enough to not only allow my now-husband and I to join, but also my parents, sister, and brother-in-law. The tasting comprised of a full meal of options we chose ahead of time, and they were absolutely delicious! Carrie was very knowledgable about their offerings and made recommendations based on what we envisioned for our meals. They were super flexible in making changes up until nearly a week or so before the wedding, as we had some guests unable to come or that had dietary needs. Despite missing much of our cocktail hour due to taking pictures, our guests highly complimented the hors d'oeuvres (we had potstickers, goat cheese stuffed mushrooms, and a bruschetta table). Everyone seemed to love their dinners (herbed chicken, steak, potatoes, and greek salads), especially the yummy sauces that came with the meat options (we had a horseradish cream, a red sauce, and a chimichurri sauce). They set out everyone's salad prior to the buffet so our guests had something to eat as they waited to go to the buffet. Our meals were delivered to our sweetheart table during dinner so we didn't have to go to the buffet, which was awesome. Carrie also checked up on us while we ate to see if there was anything else we needed. After the wedding, they packaged up the extra food for us to take home as leftovers! We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding meals or catering in the future.

I could not be happier with the quality of food and service that Carrie and her staff at FCC provided for my daughter’s wedding at Crete Farms in Claysville, PA. The venue was rustic and beautiful but did not have a functioning kitchen. However, this did not cause a problem for FCC. Our 4 entree stations, appetizers and late light food were all perfect temperature, freshly prepared and delicious. Our “Pittsburgh style” cookie display was also beautifully laid out. We had countless compliments on the food from our 170 plus guests. Carrie was amazing to work with. Not only was she professional and open to all our ideas, but she was also extremely friendly, creative and helpful. She expertly coordinated with all of our other vendors and paid attention to the special details that we wanted for our table setting and food displays. She estimated food portions perfectly so that everyone had plenty to choose from and we had minimal leftovers. Everything looked as amazing as it tasted. I would definitely use FCC for our special events in the future. Thank you to Carrie and the FCC crew for contributing to a most memorable evening!

True to the name. First Class Catering provided food and desserts for our 35 people house Halloween party with a server and bartender for 5 hour. The whole experience was amazing! Food was fantastic and we didn't even have to clean up after. FCC left our kitchen spotless. Thank you so much! We are very much looking forward to using you guys again for our Christmas party for 50 people.
