My Wife and I have been working with Carl Hess of First Command ever since he found us broke down on the side of the road. He not only stopped to make sure we were ok but later would go on to take my wife and son to a Dr. appointment we had waited months to attend on the faithful morning! My husband and I have been going to First Command Financial for about 6 months maybe longer. Our financial advisor is Carl Hess.
