I have been working with Shannon not quite 1 year. The transformation I have already seen is amazing. She has such an incredible way to instruct and help you “get into” postures based on your strength and flexibility. Her energy level is infectious and while I have taken many lessons over the years, group and Individual, nothing compares to Classic Pilates and they way Shannon teaches .
