Best trainer ever. Over the past few years I have attended outdoor bootcamp, TRX training, and yoga. My physical health and mental wellbeing improved greatly after starting Gary’s classes which are fun, challenging (in a good way), and tailored to everyone’s abilities and circumstances. I kept going to sessions right up until I was 8 months pregnant and I believe that this helped to make my pregnancy and labour easier. Gary has also created a welcoming and supportive community, which I’m so happy to be a part of.
I've been going to Gary's classes for almost two years. These sessions have all been brilliant, and have made me truly enjoy exercising. I could not recommend Gary and his classes enough, it has been fantastic!
I’ve been going to Gary’s outdoor bootcamps and small group indoor classes for years now. Gary is motivating, great craic and demonstrates exercises for different levels of ability so you can always choose your own level of challenge. You’ll always feel better for going and my fitness improved a lot since starting. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a go!!!
I have been working with Gary since September last year for personal training sessions, some bro flow, and the outdoor classes. All of these have been hugely enjoyable. I feel much fitter and it truly compliments my day-to-day life. Gary is very welcoming and has an amazing studio, I cannot recommend him enough
I have used Gary twice now for corporate yoga. I have done his virtual yoga class as well as the studio class with my team in work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Gary makes the class so enjoyable and you can do it at any ability. My whole team absolutely love his sessions and we can’t wait to do it again. Thanks very much Gary!
