I’ve had an excellent experience training with Zak. He is extremely skilled at teaching proper exercise techniques and makes sure I’m doing everything safely and effectively. On top of that, he’s helped me build a healthy eating routine that actually fits my lifestyle. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve been able to create new, healthy habits that are sustainable and am already seeing real results.
