Fitzroy Painting ofrece clases de pintura y dibujo para principiantes en un acogedor estudio de Fitzroy. Los alumnos aprenden los fundamentos de la pintura al óleo, la acuarela, el grafito y el carbón a través de maestros pacientes y con experiencia y demostraciones prácticas. I recently completed the four week level 1 watercolours course which I thoroughly enjoyed. The classes were well thought out with each activity enabling us to learn different techniques. Our teacher Judith was super knowledgeable, engaging, and great at meeting each of us where we were at. Would recommend to anyone who wants to give watercolours a go or refresh their skill set.
I completed the beginners oil painting class and loved it. Booking and lead up to classes were simple and well-communicated. Classes were professionally run and fun - Kez is a terrific and patient teacher. Pace of classes was just right and a great foundation for understanding about colour, set up, drafting and painting. Thanks for a super introduction.
As an absolute beginner, I loved my 4-week Drawing Studio 1 workshop series at Fitzroy Painting. It gave me exactly what I was looking for, an introduction to the the basic, fundamental concepts and skills of drawing, using graphite and charcoal. And all in a very relaxed, accepting, non-judgemental environment. Julian was a great teacher, and the studio setup was excellent. I also loved the wine and cheese half-time breaks during classes. All in all I highly recommend Fitzroy Painting, and will definitely be back for more!
I completed a six hour introduction to oil painting workshop and it was fantastic. Everything from the studio, the setup, and the class size was perfect. Our teacher was fantastic, very welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and we had individual tuition as well as demos. I couldn’t recommend the studio or the workshop more, and I look forward to returning for ongoing courses.
This class was amazing! The teacher made everything so easy to understand and explained things in a way that actually stuck. I loved how active and fun the lessons were it never felt boring or overwhelming. The energy was great, and I left feeling super inspired and excited to keep creating. Honestly, one of the best classes I’ve taken! I’d recommend it to anyone!
