We have had an amazing experience with Five Brothers Appliance. The process was smooth. I like that theres secure financing for payment options and delivery was prompt and efficient. Wasam was extremely helpful with ensuring that when our first washer failed, they arranged delivery of a new set and even gave us compensation fir having to go to the laundromat prior to delivery. We are very pleased with their customer service.
I'm in San Antonio and our washer went out on Saturday in the middle of a load. We went on market place looking for a machine fast and affordable. Both my wife and I found numerous ones that we requested info on and only one responde which was Wesam at 5 brothers Appliance in Austin Tx. I was a bit skeptical because 1. It's online, 2. We wouldn't get to physically see the product because they weren't local, 3. it was near their closing time 4. never heard of them and lastly I felt we would be told anything to get us to buy. So as you can see why our skepticism was high. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and proven wrong. Wesam asked what we needed by when and price points. He sent pictures of what was available. I asked a lot of questions and not once did I feel Wesam was giving me the he was getting frustrated and just buy responses. While at dinner he let me know what I needed to do and gave me the links I needed to finish my contract. He told me he only had one slot for the delivery day and time I wanted and I thought here we go. I was at dinner with my family yet he still scheduled delivery before me doing the contract. When we got home I did the contract and guess what there were no more delivery time slots for the day I wanted but because Wesam had scheduled it for me it was already scheduled. The delivery was on time as scheduled and everything that was said would be done was. Wesam followe up with us throughout to ask if everything was going ok during the process and ensure I didn't have any other questions. They even took the old machine with them. More responses came in from the Market place afterwards with a few at cheaper prices but because of how Wesam treated us and made us feel and showed he was genuine in helping us we didn't mind paying a bit more for the great customer service. Customer service goes a long way and Wesam definetely was an example of how great customer service should be. If looking for an appliance and want great customer service, peace of mind and not a scripted sales pitch try 5 brothers first and ask for Wesam.
Okour helped find a perfect replacement for my rental unit, he was able to find a matching model brand wash machine I wanted. The install team were great went above what I expected. When an issue with the machine was reported by my tenants Okour promptly had someone out to inspect (within the warranty period) turned out to be operator error no issue with machine. Bottom line very pleased with the quality of the service, machine and the item price. I highly recommend and will use again.
They were able to get me a washer and dryer fast! Wesam has been talking to me about it getting the sizing and brand that I like to see what they’d have. They’ve reached back out to me to see if they’re still working fine. They are! I’ve had the washer and dryer a few months now. I would and do recommend Five Brothers Appliances. Very nice customer service too! They even hooked them up for me!!!
Great fast service. Very professional. I found them on facebook marketplace wash and dryer work very well. Got them delivered today and already using them. Highly recommend.
