Made reservation a while back and nothing was said about vaccinations due 14 days prior. They waited until exactly 14 days prior to call to let us know. Dogs only needed Bordatella updated and was planning to take them this week which would have been 10 days prior. Basically, told me tough luck and cancelled my reservation. Boarded my dogs several other places and not been an issue. Decided to try this place based upon friend's recommendation. Called PetSuites and got them in no problem and was actually cheaper with a special weekend offer.

Excellent kennel. Have used them twice now. Large and very clean facility. Staff is very helpful. Both times we boarded one of our dogs. They allowed me to extend to extend one of my reservations due to a death in the family. We got the puppy package which includes six walk/play times per day, which is great as she is an extremely active puppy. A+ Will definitely use them again in the future.

First time I had my little guy Freddy stay in a kennel and they were so friendly and helpful. Freddy loved his stay! 10 stars if possible and definitely recommend.

My dogs LOVE this place. My pups feel comfortable around their staff. I've had several of my pets kennel here over the last 6 years and my youngest 2 pups started here about 4 and 2 years ago. I trust this team because my pups trust this team. I've kenneled with them for longer stays and shorter stays and some very graciously on short notice (still gracious). My boys are loved at Five Points Kennels. Photos actually taken and sent to me by Five Points Kennels.

This is the second time I'm boarding my dogs here, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I'm gone. I'm allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning. 🩷
