We had the most fantastic tour of the store with Giancarlo, who took the time to walk us through the watches and share the stories behind them. His knowledge, passion, and warmth made the whole experience feel genuinely special. The customer service was outstanding — so much so that we ended up going back three times in one day! An unforgettable experience and a true example of exceptional service. Highly recommend

I had the wonderful privilege shopping at Five Star Jewelers on Flagler Street. The entire staff was friendly and I left the store feeling very satisfied. I must mentioned Rui and Dailena, they were caring and provided very good customer service. The item had to be shipped to Joliet Illinois and it arrived on time as they said. I will recommend anyone looking for jewelery to visit there store, you will not be disappointed.
I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store! From the moment I walked in, Rui and Muirelis provided exceptional service. They were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Rui was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me understand the different options. Muirelis was just as wonderful—attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making the experience special. Their teamwork made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. An absolute disgrace, they do not go by their name, avoid at all costs. As a regular customer, I paid $107 to have a ring cleaned, resized and engraved, and what should have been a simple service turned into a two-week ordeal filled with excuses and zero communication. The associates, were dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. When I finally got my ring back, after all that time, they handed it to me in a plain yellow envelope, not even a jewelry box or protective packaging. After they stated they were going to give me a “nice presentation” They tried bribing me with $5 discount. Really? To make matters worse, they don’t even have a diamond tester on-site, which makes it impossible to trust them with authentic stones or serious jewelry purchases. They rely on “authenticity cards”. Their operation is disorganized, their timelines are meaningless, and their professionalism is nonexistent. It’s astonishing that a business can treat customers this carelessly and still call itself a jeweler. “Five Star Jewelers?” That level of carelessness says everything about how little they value their customers or their work. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. If you care about your jewelry, your time, or even basic professionalism, stay far away from this place. Five Star Jewelers is anything but “five star.”
