Poor management and very slow work. While they told me that after a week they would finish the inspection and estimate of the car by Monday after the weekend and let me know, even on Wednesday they had not finished the inspection and were not responding to emails. The work is done with truth and honesty, not with lies and non-response.
Fix Auto did an excellent job on the repairs on my vehicle. The staff at the Kitchener location was very friendly and helpful, explained everything very well and made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be! When I dropped off my vehicle they notified the rental company so that they could come get me! I would 100% recommend using these guys for any body work repairs you would need. Lastly I was very impressed that not only did they wash the outside but the inside looked to have been done by a professional detailer my vehicle was so clean. Great job guys!
Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. They told us the car will be ready in 5days, never called to tell us it will take longer. On top of that, they ignore phone calls and dont return calls when they say they would. Truly disappointing. I hope the workmanship is better than the customer service. I'd give zero stars, but it's not an option.
