Called in the morning and they sent someone out same day! Excellent service, fixed my dishwasher and my disposal without any hassle. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Fix and Flow has been consistent in delivering high-quality work and showing professionalism and care in everything they do. They completed a full sewer line repair for us a couple years ago. I received 3 estimates at the time, and while prices were comparable, they stood out for their thoroughness and clear communication. They took their time and didn't rush the job, even working late into the evening to avoid bad weather coming the next day. While the other companies wanted to break up the driveway, Fix and Flow worked with us on a less invasive option and carefully restored the landscaping afterward. We've used them several times since and have continued to be impressed. They don't push unnecessary services and clearly walk you through different options based on your budget while being upfront about the scope of the issue. They are always patient and respectful when explaining what work needs to be done. So glad I found this company!
Bryan (Hibbard) was my technician and he was great. He provided detailed options for replacing my water heater and bringing all components up to code. He went above and beyond to restore hot water for my family 3 days ahead of schedule and during the holidays. Staff that I spoke with were extremely helpful and responsive, I even received a text with a photo and full name of the technician ahead of time. I am very pleased with Fix & Flow Plumbing, their expertise and professionalism exceeded my expectations and they've earned a long term customer. Thank you!

My toilet needed maintenance and Fix and Flow was able to come the next day to check it out. As a business owner myself, I appreciated that they were able to work with my schedule. They use a messaging system to communicate when your repair man will be arriving and who will be arriving. I really appreciate the communication. Kendall came and worked quickly and efficiently to replace my toilet. He was very courteous and respectful of the property ensuring that everything was put back the same if not better than how he found it.
