My launch PS5 had some overheating issues. Took it here a few days before Christmas and Juan had it diagnosed, quoted, repaired, and ready for pickup before the holiday. Highly recommend. Fair price and quick, quality service. It's been a few weeks since the repair and my PS5 has not had any issues at all.
Came home from a trip to find my ps5 not turning on. Looked at several places but ended up here because of all the 5 star reviews. Juan took a couple days to diagnose the issue and had a proposal in no time. It was a fraction of the cost of a new PS5 and he had it working within a day or two of the proposal. I highly recommend bringing your system here if you’re having any issues.
I brought in my brother’s PS3 ultra slim for a broken laser and sensor. A few years ago, my then 2 year old nephew, put a bunch of dirt and coins inside my brother’s PS3 and broke the laser disk and sensor. After attempting to repair it by replacing and parts that were broken, it wouldn’t even register any games or movies we inserted. A couple of ubreakIfix stores we visited didn’t have the tools they needed to repair the PS3. Finally after visiting this guy, not only did he repair it in a week, but I also didn’t need to bring any cables or duelshocks (PS3 controllers) only the console itself. This dude already had everything he needed and polished it up pretty well (for a small fee, but I’m not complaining) for a little more than a $100
I really can’t thank this man enough my PlayStation was overheating after no more than two hours he said give me till 5 pm he had it done early my system is spotless plastics look brand new .also had him do a hard drive and heat sync for it everything works like new on the system thank you so much !! Super friendly man excellent service I will be returning with another console that over heats as well for return business .
Juan w/ FixGame Tech, was Amazing. He was able to fix our PS5 in a couple of hours same day, we just had to make an appointment online. The communication was great, his professionalism was wonderful. His space is very clean & welcoming. We paid $220 to fix our HDMI port that wasn't working. I absolutely recommend his service
