The fact that this food truck is in the most perfect spot it could possibly be is so convenient and well-balanced that I am forever grateful to have found a place like this. Not to mention, the food is out of this world! The seasoning, the quality, the quantity, the price—everything is so well executed. As someone who prefers vegetarian/vegan options, I am beyond thrilled that they offer soy tacos as well as veggie tacos. They are very filling and delicious, and they have plenty of protein—which, as we all know, can be difficult to get, especially when it also tastes this good! I highly recommend the soy al pastor. I would even suggest ordering pork and soy Al Pastor and doing a blind taste test to try to figure out which one is which—I promise you can’t tell the difference.
The food is really good But the green salsa is perfect a real mexican salsa 😍
Amazing food! Street tacos were on hand made tortillas and were really great. Loaded fries were great too!
Chef is excellent and makes some amazing tacos. I taste tested his carnitas an as someone that cooks carnitas regularly they were phenomenal. I ordered the loaded fries.
Just had the Chorizo Burger and it adds a whole new meaning to Chef's Special. Chef Jake is something special! It was juicy and flavorful, didn't fall apart in my hands, had plenty of spice without being spicy, all around eye popping and tongue tyingly delicious! At $14 for the burger and fries, it's a hard deal to beat! If that's the benchmark, I can't wait to try his traditional burger, but it's going to be hard to steer away from what they shocked mewith the first time!
