such an extensive selection & staff is cute & friendly ✰✰✰✰✰
realistically, 2.5 stars. SO MUCH cool stuff to look through, but the customer service was horrible. was not greeted upon entrance because one employee was doing their makeup at the checkout counter. the other employee periodically yelled that she was available to help while walking back and forth through the aisles. not a pleasant experience, will not return!
👍🏽 An affordable treasure trove of clothing with good hours in downtown EP! One of the largest selections of men’s secondhand in all of EP. Vintage & secondhand clothing of all seasons & genders, priced by weighing the item. MOSTLY LARGER SIZES FOR MEN. Clean & organized but not labeled 😭 so I get tired of looking 20% into the store. Bought a silk hand button pullover from the 80s in a GORGEOUS purple for $2.80. Levi’s denim shorts from the 80s for $10. Cowboy boots for $12. The jackets are divine! Huge denim jeans & jackets selection (vintage East West, Wrangler, Orvis, Levi, Roca Wear). Huge selection of Men’s button ups too. Women’s wear is mostly vintage. ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible entrance, large well lit changing rooms, soft music. Couches and chairs in the back to rest. Shopping carts at the front (you’ll need one). ❌ Racks unlabeled & not organized by size. Makes it hard to search. No hooks in the changing room. No bathroom (but thrift store across the street has an open one).
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Whatever you’re looking for, you’re going to find. Sports, music, anime, cartoons, military. You’ll find every kind of shirt. Come check it out in downtown El Paso!!
Cute idea because a lot of the stuff was vintage but I don’t like how they charge. 9.99 per pound? I found a jacket that was roughly 2.8lbs and it was almost $30. The buttons were all broken and this item was heavily used. I thrift often and I can get a bunch of clothing for $30. I feel like thrift shops are forgetting that majority of their products are donated. Make prices more affordable. The stuff we are buying is used. A lot of the clothing was also super damaged and you expect people to pay $50 and up. Rethink your process.
