I ordered from Malaysia as I wanted to send a delivery to my future husband in Quebec, and I was honestly quite nervous at first because I’m not familiar with the process. However, the service was absolutely wonderful. They were very patient, helpful, and kind, guiding me through everything step by step and answering all my questions clearly. THIS is the standard of service - they did an INCREDIBLE job creating a bouquet I envisioned. I am out of province and couldn't make it to my mom's 60th. I told them what she likes, doesn't necessarily love, and what they created was pure perfection for what I envisioned. Also, keep in mind I called the morning of, so they managed to make it in a small time window and deliver. Incredible. Merciiii!!! Super belle job, exactement ce que j'avais dans ma tête et ma mère a adorer!

Celebrating my spouse's birthday with a recent visit to Quebec City, staying at the Clarendon, and wanted a surprise bouquet waiting at the room when we checked in. Marie was spectacular in putting this together, and on rather short notice as well!! What Marie came up with was nothing short of amazing. It was so beautiful!! Can't thank her enough.

Visited Quebec City, staying at Chateau Frontenac in a wonderful suite and needed the appropriate princess flowers for each room. Marie at Les Halles delivered three gorgeous identical rose and orchid arrangements, and left a nosegay on my pillow too. Very sweet of her. Made our stay in magical Quebec perfect.
