Had a party at flip out Briba lake this morning : I booked in advance wasn't given a proper room for my sons party there was so many parties in that station we were placed in: super noisy for a child that's got autism, we had 20 children and it wasn't enough space for all the children. Wouldn't let you check in early to decorate the section before all the guest arrive, when it came party food time they were running behind I had to keep asking where is it at? Cause they said food & cake in the last half a hour they didn't bring the food out till the last 15mins I said for an extension on time cause of there stuff up they said it's fine I can have an extra half. About but the minute the party end time happened they were trying to clean our table up. They didn't even help cut the cake/ put the cake onto the plate ( host is meant to do that) Unlimited cordial? Is part of the package they didn't refill any of ours when it was empty The host was so absent during our session Didn't give my so. His voucher that his entitled to. Part of the package. The food is overpriced 6 nuggets and chips $15 each kid meal
We really enjoyed this place or should I say grandson had an awesome time. First time at this one. Super busy but the staff were good .Gate to go through to the activities. There is seating area with tables for adults to sit .Party rooms . Trampolines, rock climbing plus all these other things for the kids
We booked flip out for my child’s birthday over 3 months in advance and were extremely disappointed. This was not even a proper party room , it was a random old store room with a trestle table and mismatched chairs thrown in, you can literally see on the floor that had to remove fencing for access to this old store room. It was right next to the bins and freezers with staff coming in to restock the freezer in the door way. There wasn’t nearly enough space for 20 kids and parents – most parents had to sit outside. Not to mention the cleanliness on food trolleys. The room itself was black and uninviting, with no fun birthday room paint or any decorations or colour walls like you’d expect for kids party rooms, had door access not large open party to show it’s a party room. My child was upset because it didn’t feel special or festive at all, and when the kids were inside It felt completely unconvincing as a party space. On top of that, after spending nearly $900, we were only offered a 2-for-1 voucher as compensation – expiring in just 3 months. To make things worse, when I tried to follow up, my phone calls were hung up on, when finally got someone to talk to me said they would be emailed and never did and my emails sent ignored. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service from management, they don’t even come speak to me after telling party host we were very unhappy with room. I would not recommend booking here.
A seventh birthday party with attendees months old to teens. And of course Parents. Supervision is a must for the young ones. One little girl had an accident which resulted in a bleeding nose. Staff were there immediately and helped. 15mins later she was off and at it again. Our tables were set and decorated by an aunt. If you're looking for a place for chatting over coffee. It's not here. Very busy this arvo. The staff were very helpful. Forgot cups for drinks. They generously gave us some even when we offered to pay. Towards the end we were presented with vouchers for 1hr entry during school holidays in Sept. Thanks Flipout. Will be back.
Great experience at Flip Out Bibra Lake. Shoutout to Mithun and Lucas for outstanding customer service, very helpful and professional. The venue has a wide range of trampolines, foam pits, ninja-style obstacles and games. It’s suitable for all ages, from kids to adults. There’s also food and drinks available onsite, plus arcade-style games. The place is well-run, clean, and staff are attentive to safety. Accessibility is straightforward, and parking is generally ample, though it can be limited on weekends. Quieter times are usually weekday mornings and evenings, while weekends and school holidays are much busier. Overall, Flip Out Bibra Lake is a well-managed venue with plenty to do. Highly recommend, especially thanks to the excellent service from Mithun and Lucas.
