Great confident service/help, extremely easy returns. Got everything needed for my bathroom remodel. Parking lot not the easiest to navigate though.
Such an incredible experience at this store. Milan helped me with an exchange as I bought the wrong drain for my shower remodel. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Michelle also helped me with trim to transition the tile to hardwood floors and she was also knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Everyone in this store is eager to help and provide wonderful service. I couldn’t rave enough about these gals!
Worst store eelver to buy any item. First they gave wrong item to contractor. As item was wrapped we did not realize until we unpacked after coming home. When you are in middle of remodeling this is a big deal. When we called about the issue they were unapologetic and said this things happen and if we return wrong item before return windows they are happy to give correct item. Today my contractor went to pick up the correct item, he is still waiting to get the item and it has been almost 3 hours. We called in yesterday to keep the item ready. The workers are waiting to start the work and this will end up costing me a lot both money and time wise.
They have a huge variety of inventory that’s nicely displayed with the prices and other pertinent information clearly labeled and visible. They have a nice interior decor display ideas.
Update: PLEASE FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM!!! I had an awesome experience in person, but everything since then has been extremely difficult. I ordered my tiles and was told they would be read for pickup the next day because everything was showing in stock, but online it still showed pending. I called F&D every other day for the last 2 weeks - press 1 for orders and then for order status and pickup - the phone rings a few times then automatically drops the call!! I never even talked to anyone or left a message! I had to contact the floor &decor hq in Atlanta bc I had no idea what to do - I'm at home with a new baby and it's not super easy for me to just do an hour long drive to floor and decor. I finally managed to go today and talked to Jeff because my order (2 weeks later) was still "pending" and I wanted the contractors to pick it up the week of 4/22 and he was super helpful and kind and told me they're aware of the phone problem. Please please please fix your phone system Had to order some tiles ASAP and needed some design help. I made an appointment for the next day online, but had some free time so decided to come in a day early and see if they could fit me into their schedule. Dario to the rescue!! He wrapped up with another client then quickly pulled a few options for tile and grout. He was great to work with - and we're so happy with the tiles we got. And! They were a quarter of the price of another place down the street. Thank you Dario and Floor&Decor!
