I went here with a floor sample and quote I got from another flooring store and asked if they had something similar for a better price. Farok said they had the same floor and would beat their price by 5%. I agreed and was told they had plenty in stock and I could come back in a couple of weeks when my flooring project was scheduled to order. So he wrote me a quote on the back of a business card which I later discovered was for less than a 5% discount. Still a better price so I returned to buy the floor. When I returned, I was told that "tax included" on the quote was a mistake and tax had to be added. When adding tax, the price was more than the other store quoted me. Next I was told they did some investigation and discovered that the store I got the original quote from had made a mistake and they wouldn't honor that price--nor would Flooring Outlet give me the floor for the quoted price. I returned to the original store and was able to buy the floor for the quoted price with no issue. So, it seems Farok is a little shady and dishonest in his communication and commitments.
Price is totally reasonable, and Farokh is really helpful and patience when communicating. The job has done nicely by their team. I would highly recommend to every one of my friend. I love my new flooring for my flower shop!

These guys are so nice to work. This store has alot of different floor selections. Usually you buy today and pickup on the next one or two days.
I can't say enough about how great my experience with Flooring Outlet & More was! I live in a neighboring state, and at 7.5 months pregnant I found that the flooring option we had spent so long picking and arranging through another source had fallen through. Retailers I called all around the country told me it was impossible to get the floor before my baby came because it was on backorder from the manufacturer, so I was losing hope... When I finally somehow found Floorimg Outlet & More online and called Farrokh (Farok?), he told me he would see what he could do for me. Within an hour he had figured out a creative solution to source our floor, within a day or two we had it ordered, and within a couple weeks I had it in hand. The price for the flooring was great, he arranged transport to a pickup location near me free of charge, and the product (GemCore Opal - Wheat LVP) turned out perfect. His honesty, resourcefulness, and kindness were above and beyond, and it was such a miracle to have a floor before my baby came. Thank you, again, for the amazing customer service! 🥰
