I have used Florality for sympathy gifts, birthday surprises, and also in my own home for holidays and special occasions. Every single arrangement we have received has been absolutely stunning and lasted way longer than any other flowers I have ever ordered. Jay’s customer service and expertise in his trade is incredibly superior to others. Any time anyone asks for a florist recommendation-make sure Florality is at the top of your list!
I often have to order flowers for my job, sometimes with little notice, and have been ordering from different Cincinnati florists for months in an effort to find the best one. Now that I've found Florality my search is over. The combination of quality flowers, beautifully designed arrangements, attention to detail, value, ease of ordering, and customer service is unmatched. Jay is a true artist and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. Despite my specific request for peonies in my most recent order, which he had just run out of, Jay took the initiative to source them for me and surprised me with their inclusion in my arrangement. Communication and ordering are seamless. Jay is very responsive to emails and always takes the time to answer my questions. I love to see what he comes up with, and at my request he even takes the time to send me photos of the arrangements before delivery. I can't recommend Florality enough.
I have been admiring the beautiful displays of Florality’s arrangements and today I received the most beautiful one of all. I am not a very good photographer, so I am afraid my photo will not do it justice, but it is absolutely stunning! The flowers and greens themselves are so healthy and vibrant. Also the care and artistry that goes into the arrangement itself is unmatched! Thank you for making my day more beautiful with this lovely arrangement.
