toilets and drains were slow to clear, with standing water. roots had fouled sewer line under property. called Flow Drain specialists on advice from my general plumber. arrived same afternoon. explained options and provided firm estimate at fair price. examined both lines. cleared drain/sewer lines with a pressure flush aided by camera, no extra charge for camera. showed me everything in real time. solved problem in one visit and offered free follow up visit, with advice for maintaining lines. friendly, competent, professional. can and will happily recommend Flow Drain to family and friends.
I couldn’t be happier with the work I had done by Jimmy. My garbage disposal went and water was starting to leak underneath and turned to a bit of an emergency and Jimmy came out right away to make the necessary repairs and replace my garbage disposal. He was very efficient, clean, and knowledgeable and even after completing the job took the time to explain a few things to me and things I could try myself as well if an issue arises. Will be using again for future work/needs and reasonably priced as well!
This is the second time I’ve used this company for a plumbing issue and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I had an issue in the bathroom and this time it was the kitchen sink. They arrived when they said would and did a thorough inspection of the issue before doing any work so I was fully aware of the price point which was very reasonable. They are very professional, polite, and and knowledgeable. I will be using this company again if I have future issues. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.
Flow Drain Services was an amazing company to replace my water heater. Steve was great with communication, courteous and very efficient with the project. My water heater broke down in the middle of the night and when I call in the AM to have an emergency replacement, Steve was in my house within 10min. He offered same day installation and the best of all 10 year warranty for labor and product. 10000% recommended!
