Overheard an uncomfortable conversation while shopping here. A black employee with blue hair and a face mask was explaining to a white employee that it’s impossible for her to experience racism. The black employee told the white employee that being called cracker is not a racial slur. I felt bad for the young white lady. Pretty uncomfortable and unprofessional. Nice flowers and the other girls seemed nice but the girl with the blue Afro seemed very racist and had a chip on her shoulder. Yuck
Not only does the sign say “OPEN”, but the listed open time today is “8:00 am”….. I arrived at 8:40 am to buy flowers and one of the employees informed me that they do not open until 9:00 am on sundays…. I then decided to wait in my car until they open….: Inwas a bit aggravat d and insulted when I watched someone pull in at 8:46 am to buy flowers and leave…. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! DO BETTER!
this was my first time ever going to a flower shop. I wanted baby’s breath specifically for my gender reveal picnic and they were SO kind there. they made sure to pick me out the freshest baby’s breath they had, with a little greenery to go with it. every other flower shop I called quoted me $30 for a small bouquet of JUST baby’s breath and told me i’d need to order way ahead of time. I only paid around $10 here as a walk in. it’s been 5 days and my baby’s breath are in a vase & still beautiful. made my special moment and day perfect. thanks to the ladies here who helped me!
My Father and sister ordered my wedding bouquet from here gave them reference photos and asked to have Carnations included as well which they weren’t at all not even just 1… I was so very disappointed when I got my bouquet the day before my wedding it looked nothing like what I wanted they filled it with so much greenery the roses were small and hidden some of the flowers looked like they were dying I felt so bad that my father spent his hard earned money on this… First photo is what I received others are the inspiration we gave them
My husband bought me flowers on February 15th for my birthday and I am disappointed because it's been 5 days since he purchased them and not only did the Lilies not bloom the roses look dead. I love Lilies and it's sad to see that these flowers couldn't even last 4 days. He paid $65 for this, I'm heartbroken because not only does Costco guarantee their flowers/roses for up to 14 days or they will refund you they are literally a third of the price of what my husband paid. You be the judge
