We just received a response from the owner of flowers by Angie explaining the situation with their granddaughter and cancer treatment. I want to personally thank her and apologize if there were any continued negative comments or anything I may have caused. Money for order is being refunded and I pray for her grandchild undergoing cancer treatment.
These ladies are very special. They never fail to deliver beautiful arrangements promptly and carefully. They take their time, and do whatever they can to make sure orders are perfect for anyone who orders them. They’re a local business that deserve all the credit in the world, especially during times where local businesses suffer at the hands of mega corporations. I could NEVER recommend a better LOCAL flower shop to go to. They’ll always be my first pick!
I received flowers in the shape of a flower cake. It was supposed to be delivered between 9-12 on July 27. I begin by saying communication was horrible. They told my aunt they attempted delivery on the 27th of which they did not. I received my flowers on July 31st and the lady dropped them in the parking lot before I got them. Upon delivery they looked “okay” and since having them for 4 days are complete trash now. I am sick my aunt spent $50 on something that didn’t even last. I received other flowers on July 27th that are still gorgeous (from a different company). If they didn’t know how to make this flower arrangement then maybe tell the buyer.
What an amazing, wonderful experience! I ordered the flowers around 10am and they were delivered by 5:30pm exactly as pictured on the website. I called for an estimate on the delivery time and the woman I spoke to could not have been sweeter. The recipient was THRILLED! They even took the time to hand write the note that I included.... I have never, ever seen that level of care and I am still blown away! Fast delivery, easy to order, and truly gorgeous arrangements. I will be back to Angie’s for all my flower needs into the future! Thank you so much!
What my husband order and what I received was completely different. I hope and pray that your company will make this right. Not only was our order forgotten, slapped together last minute, and delivered a day late... but it has incorrect flowers in them and is NOT what my husband paid for. We are so unhappy. Some of the stems arrived broken, the fern leaves (which are incorrect) had brown old spores on them, and there was zero babies breath in the bouquet. My husband ordered these a week ago-so it wasn’t like it was a last minute order either. Happy Valentines to us. 😪
