Really disappointed with this place. The person on the phone was polite, but that was about the only positive. The bouquet was tiny for the price — completely overpriced and nowhere near worth what I paid. I placed my order around 9 AM and was told delivery would be at 5:40 PM. The flowers didn’t show up until 6:50 PM. The driver was apologetic, but even he mentioned he was aiming to be there around 4 PM — which makes the delay and the lack of proper communication even worse. For what they charge, the service and value should be way better. Definitely not impressed and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience. Use your judgement before buying — it was $156 for a medium-sized bouquet, including delivery, and it absolutely did not match the price.
I am very well pleased with Flowers of the World Staffs. They’ve created a gorgeous bouquets of flowers for my daughter’s 8th Birthday Celebration. Very helpful and full of creative ideas that really helpful. I went there and having a trouble finding a nice arrangement of flowers without any ideas in my head. I am thankful for their creation. I am stunned when I collected the flowers it was so beautiful! Thank you so much FLOWERS OF THE WORLD. You made my daughter’s event so meaningful and memorable. The flowers are the center of attraction. HATS OFF! Highly recommended!💐🙏🏼💞
We ordered flowers for our wedding ceremony, and working with Elina was an absolute delight! From start to finish, the process was completely stress-free. Elina listened to our vision and went above and beyond to create stunning bouquets that exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail and creativity made everything look perfect. I cannot sing enough praises. I had a 60th birthday in the family on the day. I am new to the area and always walk by but had no idea what to do when in a florist shop. So I was hoping at the best to find some decent slightly better than grocery store flowers. The customer service was amazing. I was helped by Anna who went through my budget and style. I looked at the prepared flowers as it was so last minute. I loved a particular style but it was too large and a bit out of my budget. They were very accommodating and made modifications to fit. Recreated a similar arrangement in under an hour and provided the cutest bucket vase as well. The arrangement was the talk of the party and everyone had compliments. Made me and my sister want our own flowers just because! And I definitely will be stopping by a lot more. Thank you so much for the service.
I left a note on my order asking if you could please call before delivering, as it was meant to be a surprise. When my sister received her flowers, she was in tears! She told me that when Flowers of the World called to let her know they had a delivery, she asked who had sent them. Your team refused to reveal it and explained you were under strict instructions not to say; thank you so much for honouring that request. And the bouquet itself… absolutely stunning. I’m genuinely lost for words. You’ve made her day so special, and you’ve definitely earned my loyalty AND I’ll be coming back to you again and again. Thank you for everything!
