I cannot say enough about this business! My daughter works in a high rise building in uptown Charlotte. I didn't know her floor, suite, etc. and was worried they wouldn't get to her without this. I tried calling the realtors, rental companies etc. but could not find anyone that knew if there was a reception desk, etc. So, I took a leap of faith and on a Saturday morning took a chance on a florist that was open. Joel answered the phone - what good fortune for me! He assured me that they deal with deliveries to the buildings with security and no reception all the time. He gave me a few options - I gave him my budget and he said they had a nice birthday arrangement "designers choice" or I could pick from something online. I told him, "her favorite color is pink and she loves babies breath - please allow the designer free range to create a beauty!" They did just that! This picture doesn't do it justice, but the arrangement is beautiful! I thought maybe she would leave them on her desk (thus the small container) but she said, "MINE - nobody else gets to see the beauty". So, THANK YOU Flowers Plus! I ordered some flowers for my daughter over the phone, so I was trusting the florist. After a brief but detailed conversation about what I needed with Jeremy, we were able to confirm the order. I placed an order over the phone from out of state, and the experience was excellent. The staff member, Dinielle, I spoke with was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She made it easy to place my order and answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service at Flowers Plus. I had the pleasure of working with Bree today on a custom floral arrangement for same-day delivery, all while ordering from out of state. Their prices are more than fair, and their attention to detail throughout the entire process is truly impressive. Collaborating with them was seamless from start to finish. In my case, the delivery was a bit challenging due to the receiving business address being unresponsive. However, what truly sets Flowers Plus apart is their dedication. Despite it being close to their 3 PM closing time, Bree and the owner went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were delivered successfully. They worked together to find a solution, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
