I had my first appointment today. I was helped by Brandon and AK. They were both very personable and very professional. They explained everything great! Brandon determined that I don’t have a sciatic nerve issue, which is what I thought I had when I came over to get my first therapy session. Talk about extremely helpful! I was given some exercises to do at home. Before I left, they shoved me how to do these exercises. I have complete confidence in Focus Physiotherapy, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Emma at Focus is the best! She provided me the highest level of postpartum care. I noticed improvement in my strength and confidence after just a few sessions. She explained everything so clearly, helped me understand what was happening in my body, and made me feel completely supported through the process! I cannot recommend her enough and her kindness is above and beyond❤️
This place is wonderful! I have been for post-surgical and running related issues. Each time I have been given great in-office treatment as well as home exercises to enhance my rehab. All of the therapists and therapy assistants are highly-qualified and compassionate. They make sure to get feedback from you the patient and are more than willing to answer questions. You feel like family by the time your treatment is finished! I highly recommend Focus for physical therapy!
Focus Physiotherapy is a very professional, yet warm and welcoming environment. From the moment you step through the doors until you leave for the day you are greeted by name by the front desk staff and almost always called back as soon as you sit down. The PT assistants are just as welcoming as they show you to the area you will be working in and then later patiently help guide you through exercises to help improve the condition you are there for. I really appreciate that you always work with the same PT who is extremely knowledgeable about your situation instead of rotating through different PT’s. I have been blessed with a fantastic PT. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions I have as he also explains what area they will be focusing on that day based on how I have been feeling. I truly feel that everyone is working their best to help improve my condition and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Focus Physiotherapy!
