Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and friendly staff, very knowledgeable and honest. My phone was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. They also offer a wide range of high-quality protective accessories (cases, screen protectors), with great advice tailored to your needs. You can tell they genuinely know their work and are not just trying to sell for the sake of it. Highly recommended.
Came in today with my friend who has had a stroke. My friend has an old Samsung phone and has bought a new Samsung but was having troubles getting the new phone working properly. Fabulous service from these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Phone working perfectly now. Thank you. No wonder you have a 5 star rating.
My phone charge port wasn't working. I tried cleaning it with a plastic toothpick (new, not used) but it still didn't work. I brought it here and asked how much to replace the port and when I could book a time to have it fixed. They told me prices then said ‘can we have a quick look at it? ‘ I said ‘of course’ then watched while they took Tweezers and poked around in my phone. There was a squirt of solution, a blast of air and *bam* - fixed. Is it possible to give 6 stars? This review is now a petition to give this store 6 stars. Thumbs up if you agree. Ps - zero ghosts were spotted in this store. Everyone was alive and I can 100% confirm it is not haunted. If you prefer being helped by spectres from the beyond, you will need to look elsewhere. As a normal, alive human person, I would choose to have repairs done here

Very carefully explained why our 3G phone doesn't work in Australia. Was a great help in allowing us time to decide on the best option for our Holiday in Australia and our long term use bought 5G phone
