I got a haircut with Chelsea and she was AMAZING. She is quite literally a hair wizard, she gave me a beautiful wolf cut and made the whole experience so fun and comfortable. Highly recommend her in general but especially if you’re a POC with thick/specific hair textures and someone who likes alternative styles/colors!

I love forage so much! It took me months to find a good salon and I’ve found my spot. Ashley is amazing; I know that I am in good care with her. She knows how to both trim and dye curly hair extremely well. 10/10 recommendation

The owner Shaye cut my hair & I could not be happier with the results! We started with going over what I viewed my problem areas to be, products I like to use & what my hair goals were. I previously had bangs and I didn’t want any this time around, just wanted shaping and layering so my hair could be fluffy & full. I really appreciate that they don’t push any products on you, only giving recommendations for types of products to use like creams vs gel vs foam. I’m really excited to see how my hair settles over the next week & how it will look with the styling tips they gave me when I do my next wash. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!

Great haircuts with Natalie. My first cut was a big change from the previous style, and the cuts since then have been maintenance cuts. Communication has been great.Each time she has asked questions to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want before during and after the cut. The attached photo is a few weeks out from the last cut. Tip is included in the pricing

Unfortunately my hair cut at Forage went extremely poorly. I requested 4 inches off and some long layers from the"Layers Specialist" Jaq. The first picture was my hair the day before the cut. The second and third pictures are the cut i received. We had spoke at length about how I have always kept my hair long and that i prioritized keeping the length. The cut was choppy, uneven, and devastating. The shortest pieces reached the nap of my neck. There were chunks of hair missing and chunks that were completely uncut. An appointment was scheduled with the manager for the next day to salvage what was left of my hair. I told the manager that i just wanted it cut at the shoulders and for some of the layering left to be blended out. I said I wanted to prioritize the texture and smooth out the chunky cut. The forth picture is the cut i received from the manager. I was hopeful while in the salon as the front looked ok but when i got home I was able to take a better look at the back. While far more blended it was still completely uneven, choppy, and now much of it cant stay in a pony tail much less any other style. The final picture is my mother in laws handy work. She is a former stylist and was able to even out the work and make the cut something I can wear while it grows out. I lost 13 inches of hair and ended up somewhere between a wolf cut and The Rachel. This was a devastating experience and by far the worst cut of my life. It will take years to grow my hair back to where it was and it will be some time before I get a cut again.
